Are you able to customise sizes?

We can customise your mattress with tolerances of up to ±15cm on each end for an additional $300. Visit our Singapore mattress shop, The Woosa Dreamery, or email us at support@woosa.sg for your custom order. Please note that all customised orders have a 6–8 week waiting period.

Which mattress should I get?

Choosing the right mattress depends on your sleeping position, firmness preference, and comfort needs. Here's a general guide:

The Original: Ideal for back or side sleepers. We recommend this for those accustomed to medium-firm mattresses or first-time full foam mattress users.

The Mysa: Designed for side sleepers, stomach sleepers, or light back sleepers. We suggest this for those used to memory foam or plush spring mattresses.

The Terra: Perfect for back sleepers or heavier side-sleepers. This mattress suits those who prefer a firmer surface or are transitioning from firm spring mattresses.

Shipping

All Mattresses and Bases are shipped free to your doorstep, with installation included. For delivery locations without lift access, there will be an additional charge of $10 per level per item, up to a maximum of 3 storeys or flights of stairs. For deliveries beyond 3 storeys or flights of stairs, kindly contact us for a separate quotation.

Note: Carry-up charges apply only to Mattresses and Bases—accessories don't incur additional fees. Read more here.

Warranty

All Woosa Mattresses come with a 10-year warranty against any sagging, sinking, torn foams and poorly stitched covers. Read more here.

Cancellation and Returns

Free cancellation is available prior to delivery, except for orders with customisation requirements.

Free returns are available for one mattress per order, per address, within the first 30 days of receiving your item or prior to delivery.
