Shipping

All Woosa Bases are shipped free to your doorstep, with installation included.

For deliveries to locations without lift access, a carry-up service applies at $10 per storey, up to a maximum of 5 storeys or flights of stairs. For carry-up service beyond 5 storeys, kindly contact us at support@woosa.sg for more information.

Warranty

The Woosa Boxspring Base comes with a 1-Year Warranty as part of our commitment to quality sleep, so you can rest assured night after night. Read full details here.

Cancellations and Returns

The Woosa Bases, excluding customised/bespoke bases, are covered under the Woosa Sleep Trial.

Free cancellation is available within 7 days of order confirmation. Thereafter, a $300 cancellation fee applies.

A $300 restocking fee applies to the return of one base per address, within the first 30 days of receiving the item. Read full details here.
