Understanding The Woosa Snooze Period
The Woosa Snooze Period serves as our return, refund, exchange, and cancellation policy for select accessories, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

We want you to love your purchase. That’s why the Woosa Bedding, Mattress Protectors, Silk Pillowcase and Silk Eye Mask (“Bedding Textile”) purchase comes with a 30-night decision period, starting from the day of delivery.
The Woosa Bedding Textile includes the Egyptian Cotton Bedding, Lenzing TENCEL™ Lyocell Bedding, The Mattress Protector, Silk Pillowcase, and Silk Eye Mask.
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may initiate one return/refund or exchange within 30 calendar days from delivery by emailing us at support@woosa.sg.
The Woosa Snooze Period applies only to one bedding textile per order and per address.
All bedding textiles must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging, retaining the same quality, to be eligible for return or exchange.
What’s Not Covered In The Woosa Snooze Period
- Bedding textile that has been used or washed.
- Bedding textile not in their original received condition, including those with damage, stains, tears, odours, or other soiling.
- Bedding textile with any damage or soiling to original packaging components, such as plastic, tags, covers, or labels.
- Returns by individuals other than the original purchaser.
- Returns from addresses other than the original billing or shipping address.
- Bedding textile shipped outside of Singapore/
- Bedding textile not purchased directly from the Woosa website or official Woosa stores (items bought from authorized retailers or online platforms, such as Shopee, must follow their own return policies).
Manufacturing defects identified during the Woosa Snooze Period are covered under our warranty policy. If a replacement is issued as part of a valid warranty claim, the Woosa Snooze Period will continue from the original delivery date, not the replacement date.
Return Policy Under The Woosa Snooze Period
The bedding textile for return will have to be dropped off at Woosa Sleep, The Dreamery with a valid order number or invoice.
Return Process
- Ensure your bedding textile for return meets our return policy requirements.
- Email your return request to support@woosa.sg with your order number.
- We will respond within 3 working days to schedule a pick-up.
- Upon return, our team will verify the condition of the bedding textile. Customers are required to sign off on the return. If the bedding textile does not meet return criteria, our team may reject the return on the spot.
- Once the return is accepted, we will process your refund within 3 working days. Refunds will be credited to your original mode of payment within 14 days. Woosa reserves the right to change the mode of refund.
We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet our policy.
Refund Policy Under The Woosa Snooze Period
You will receive a 100% refund.
Gifts with Purchases (GWP) are non-refundable. If a GWP item was included with your purchase, the original price of the gift (for example, a $79 Silk Pillowcase) will be deducted from your refund.
The value of any discount code used during purchase will not be refunded or credited back.
Refunds On Bundled Discount
If you return one part of a bundled purchase, the bundle discount will not be applied. You will be charged the full price for the items you keep.
Exchange Policy Under The Woosa Snooze Period
The bedding textile eligible for return will have to be dropped off at Woosa Sleep, The Dreamery with a valid order number or invoice. Please note that:
- The replacement bedding textile is not eligible for further exchange or refund.
- If the replacement of bedding textile is of higher value, you will be required to top up the price difference.
We reserve the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet our policy.
Cancellation Policy
You are entitled to free cancellation prior to delivery for all Woosa Pillows, Woosa Bolsters, Silk Duvets, Beddings, Mattress Protectors, and all other accessories. If you cancel and place a new order, a new delivery lead time will apply based on the new purchase.
