Understanding The Woosa Sleep Trial
The Woosa Sleep Trial serves as our return, refund, exchange, and cancellation policy, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Try The Woosa Mattress For 30 Nights
We want you to love your sleep. That’s why the Woosa Mattress (“Mattress”) purchase comes with a 30-night trial, starting from the day of delivery.
We recommend sleeping on your Woosa Mattress for at least 14 nights to allow your body time to adjust to its pressure-relieving properties.
The Woosa Mattress includes The Original, The Mysa, The Terra, The Original PLUSH, The Mysa PLUSH, and The Terra PLUSH.
In the unlikely event that you are unable to find the right Woosa Mattress that suits you, you may initiate one return/refund or exchange within 30 calendar days from delivery by emailing us at support@woosa.sg.
The Woosa Sleep Trial applies only to one non-bespoke mattress per order and per address.
What’s Not Covered In The Woosa Sleep Trial
- Bespoke mattress – defined by the tailoring of any structural lengths and/or widths that differs from our standard mattress dimensions, as listed on the official Woosa website.
- Mattress not in original donatable condition, including those with damage, stains, tears, odours, or other soiling.
- Returns by individuals other than the original purchaser.
- Returns from addresses other than the original billing or shipping address.
- Mattress shipped outside of Singapore.
- Mattress not purchased directly from the Woosa website or official Woosa stores (items bought from authorized retailers or online platforms, such as Shopee, must follow their own return policies).
All returned mattresses are either donated to local social enterprises and charities or properly recycled. We never resell used Woosa products.
Manufacturing defects identified during the Woosa Sleep Trial are covered under our warranty policy. If a replacement is issued as part of a valid warranty claim, the Woosa Sleep Trial will continue from the original delivery date, not the replacement date.
A restocking fee of $300 applies to returns or exchanges of any Woosa Base, as well as to Split King (2x Single) and *Super Split King (2x Super Single) mattress bundles when both mattresses are returned.
If you return both Split mattresses along with the base from a Split mattress and base bundle, a $300 fee will apply to each item, for a total restocking fee of $600.
*Applicable to The Woosa Mattress and Adjustable Base Bundles only.

We provide free pick-up from the original delivery address. If the location requires carry-up service, a $10 fee per level per item will be charged.
Mattress Return Process
- Ensure your mattress meets our policy requirements.
- Email your return request to support@woosa.sg with your order number.
- We will respond within 3 working days to schedule a pick-up.
- Upon pick-up, our logistics team will verify the condition of the mattress. Customers are required to sign off on the return. If the mattress does not meet return criteria, our team may reject the return on the spot.
- Once the return is accepted, we will process your refund within 3 working days. Refunds will be credited to your original mode of payment within 14 days. Woosa reserves the right to change the mode of refund.
We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet our policy. If the return conditions are not met, a replacement charge, of up to $999 per replacement part, may apply.
Mattress Refund Policy Under The Woosa Sleep Trial
You will receive a 100% refund, minus any applicable fees such as restocking or carry-up charges.
Gifts with Purchases (GWP) are non-refundable. If a GWP item was included with your purchase, the original price of the gift (for example, a $169 pillow) will be deducted from your refund.
The value of any discount code used during purchase will not be refunded or credited back.
Mattress Refunds On Bundled Discount
If you return one part of a bundled purchase, the bundle discount will not be applied. You will be charged the full price for the items you keep. For example:
Returning of the Original Standard Mattress in the Queen Size Adjustable Base Bundle Price,
- Bundle Price: $3,553.20
- Adjustable Base: $1,999 (U.P.)
Refund = $3,553.20 - $1,999 (U.P.) = $1,554.20
Mattress Exchange Policy Under The Woosa Sleep Trial
We want you to find the perfect Woosa Mattress that suits your comfort and support needs. If you feel that a different mattress would be a better fit, you may request an exchange during The Woosa Sleep Trial period. Please note that:
- The replacement mattress is not eligible for further exchange or refund.
- If the replacement mattress is of higher value, you will be required to top up the price difference.
We reserve the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet our policy. If the return conditions are not met, a replacement charge, of up to $999 per replacement part, may apply.
Mattress Cancellation Policy
You are entitled to free cancellation prior to delivery for all non-bespoke mattresses. If you cancel and place a new order, a new delivery lead time will apply based on the new purchase.
Bespoke mattress orders, with structural dimensions tailored to your specifications, are not eligible for cancellation, regardless of whether the payment is partial or full.

The Woosa Base includes The Adjustable Base, The Storage Adjustable Base, The Storage Base, The Boxspring Base, and The Headboard And Sideframe.
In the unlikely event that you want to initiate one return/refund or exchange, you do so within 30 calendar days from delivery by emailing us at support@woosa.sg.
The Woosa Sleep Trial applies only to one non-bespoke base per order and per address.
What’s Not Covered In The Woosa Sleep Trial
- Bespoke base – defined by any tailoring of structural lengths, widths, and/or thickness that differs from our standard base dimensions, or a headboard design outside the standard options, as listed on the Woosa website. Curved sideframes are not considered bespoke.
- Base not in original donatable condition, including those with damage, stains, tears, odours, or other soiling.
- Base that are not in their original delivered condition, including those with damage, signs of misuse or abuse, mishandling during transit or by other means, or improper use inconsistent with the operation and maintenance guidelines in the Owner’s Manual.
- Returns by individuals other than the original purchaser.
- Returns from addresses other than the original billing or shipping address.
- Base shipped outside of Singapore.
- Base not purchased directly from the Woosa website or official Woosa stores (items bought from authorized retailers or online platforms, such as Shopee, must follow their own return policies).
- Carry-up service required, such as locations with no lift access, is chargeable at $10 fee per level per item.

Base Exchange Policy Under The Woosa Sleep Trial
We want you to find the perfect Woosa Base that suits your needs. If you feel that a different Base would be a better fit, you may request an exchange during The Woosa Sleep Trial period. Please note that:
- The replacement base is not eligible for further exchange or refund.
- If the replacement base is of higher value, you will be required to top up the price difference.

Base Cancellation Policy
You are entitled to free cancellation within 7 days starting from the order confirmation date, whether the payment is partial or full, for all non-bespoke bases. If you cancel and place a new order, a new delivery lead time will apply based on the new purchase.
Bespoke base orders, with structural dimensions tailored to your specifications, are not eligible for cancellation, regardless of whether the payment is partial or full.

The Woosa Bed Accessory includes the Woosa Regular Pillow, the Woosa Contour Pillow, the Woosa Low Pillow, the Woosa Long Pillow, the Woosa Lumbar Pillow, the Woosa Regular Bolster, the Woosa Plush Bolster, and the Woosa Silk Duvet.
In the unlikely event that you are unable to find the right bed accessory that suits you, you may initiate one return/refund or exchange within 30 calendar days from delivery by emailing us at support@woosa.sg.
The Woosa Sleep Trial applies only to one bed accessory per order and per address. You do not need to retain the original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange.

The bed accessory eligible for return will have to be dropped off at Woosa Sleep, The Dreamery with a valid order number or invoice.

- We will respond within 3 working days to schedule a pick-up.
- Upon return, our team will verify the condition of the bed accessory. Customers are required to sign off on the return. If the bed accessory does not meet return criteria, our team may reject the return on the spot.
