Shipping

All Mattresses and Bases are shipped free to your doorstep, with installation included. For delivery locations without lift access, there will be an additional charge of $10 per level per item.

Warranty

The Woosa Storage Base comes with a 2-year full warranty covering manufacturing defects, moving parts, hydraulics, and bed slats. Read more here.

Cancellation & Returns

Cancellations are free within 7 days of the order date—defined as the date when either partial or full payment is made.

Example: If you place your order on a Saturday, you must cancel before the end of the following Friday, assuming there are no public holidays in between.

A cancellation fee of $300 applies to orders cancelled after the 7-day period.

A restocking fee of $300 will be charged for the return of one bed base per order, per address, within the first 30 days of receiving the item.
