For your peace of mind, Woosa Sleep Pte Ltd (“Woosa”) offers a 10-Year Warranty for the Woosa Mattress (“Mattress”), effective from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

This Warranty Includes

  • The Mattress 10-Year Warranty – applies to the mattress’ latex, foam, coil, and fabric components.
  • The Zip Components 1-Year Warranty – applies to the mattress’ zipper and related elements.

This document outlines the Warranty Terms, The Mattress 10-Year Warranty Coverage, The Zip Components 1-Year Warranty Coverage, Customer Responsibilities, Claim Process, Repair And Replacement Terms, and Limitations Of Liabilities, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.


Warranty Terms

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser (“Customer”) and takes effect from the date of delivery. The Customer refers to the first individual who purchased the mattress from Woosa or an authorized Woosa retailer. It is non-transferable, valid only for mattress shipped and delivered within Singapore, and is not applicable for commercial use or any purposes beyond its intended household use. A valid warranty claim must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase, indicating customer details, delivery date, and authorized seller.  

If the mattress is resold, gifted, and/or otherwise transferred, the new owner accepts the mattress “as is” and “with all faults,” and will not be entitled to any warranty coverage.


The Mattress 10-Year Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies to the mattress’ latex, foam, coil, and fabric components.

What’s Covered In The Mattress 10-Year Warranty

  • Visible indentations deeper than 1 inch (2.54 cm) in the latex core despite proper support, care, and normal usage. Indentation is measured by placing a tape or ruler across the mattress surface and measuring the depth from the lowest point to the surrounding area.
  • Any defects that affect the structural functionality of the mattress under normal usage and proper handling, such as split and cracked foams.
  • Manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship in the mattress, such as unravelled stitches and faulty assembly.

What’s Not Covered In The Mattress 10-Year Warranty

  • Normal wear and tear and cosmetic changes in materials, such as the natural softening of materials, fading, pilling, and surface wear.
  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, and/or exposure to harmful conditions, such as jumping, burns, cuts, snags, liquid spillage, mold, mildew, and odors.
  • Damage resulting from improper foundation, base, and/or bed frame.
  • Issues due to poor maintenance, improper care and handling, and/or poor storage, such as not unpacking the compressed mattress in time, washing the mattress cover with harsh chemicals, exposure to heat, humidity, and direct sunlight.
  • Comfort preferences and medical claims, such as changes in firmness needs, allergies, and body pain.
  • Exceeding the recommended weight limit and/or uneven weight distribution.
  • Imperfections that do not affect the performance or reasonable enjoyment.
  • Use by anyone other than the Customer.



The Zip Components 1-Year Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies to the zipper and related elements.

What’s Covered In The Zip Components 1-Year Warranty

  • Any defects that affect the structural functionality of the mattress, despite proper handling as per care instructions, such as defective zipper mechanism that prevents zipping.
  • Manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship in the zipper components, such as unravelled stitches and faulty assembly.

What’s Not Covered In The Zip Components 1-Year Warranty

  • Normal wear and tear, such as natural degradation of zipper over time.
  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, and/or exposure to harmful conditions, such as burns, cuts, snags, mold, mildews, and odors.
  • Issues due to poor maintenance,  improper care and handling, and/or poor storage, such as abrasive cleaning methods, exposure to heat, humidity, and direct sunlight.
  • Imperfections that do not affect the performance or reasonable enjoyment.
  • Use by anyone other than the Customer.



Customer Responsibilities

To maintain the warranty validity, the Customer is responsible for the proper care and use of the mattress, and must retain the original receipt showing the delivery date as proof of purchase. This includes exercising reasonable care and good judgment when using and maintaining the mattress. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Proper Use And Care Tips

  • Use a firm, flat, and structurally sound foundation or adjustable base with adequate leg support. For Queen and King sizes, a minimum of 5 to 6 legs is required. If using a slatted bed frame, ensure it supports at least 50% of the mattress surface.
  • Ensure your foundation, base, and/or bed frame meets Woosa’s specifications.
  • Unbox and set up the compressed mattress within 14 days of delivery.
  • Store and use the mattress in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated environment, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Avoid physical misuse, such as jumping on and dragging the mattress.
  • Rotate the mattress every 6 months to promote even wear.
  • Use a breathable mattress protector to guard against spills and stains.
  • Avoid placing the mattress in damp areas and/or unventilated storage.
  • Follow recommended care instructions.



Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, please contact support@woosa.sg within 7 days of discovering the defect.

The Mattress Warranty Claim Process

  • The original proof of purchase with delivery date.
  • Clear photos of the issue and how the mattress is being used, including the foundation, base and/or bed frame.
  • A written description of the problem.
  • Details of the foundation, base and/or bed frame that the mattress is placed on.

Woosa reserves the right to request any documentation, measurements, photographic evidence of the foundation, and inspection before confirming coverage.

All claims are reviewed and approved at Woosa’s discretion. If approved, claims will be resolved by repair or replacement, as outlined below.


Repair And Replacement Terms

If a defect is confirmed under the terms of this warranty, Woosa will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective mattress or component(s) at no cost for parts, transportation, shipping, labor, and handling costs.

While Woosa covers all standard transportation and handling fees for repairs and replacements, a nominal carry-up service fee of $10 per level per item will apply if the mattress requires additional handling.

However, if the inspection reveals that the mattress is ineligible for warranty coverage, the Customer will be responsible for all associated costs, including parts, transportation, shipping, labor, carry-up service, and handling costs incurred. A replacement charge, of up to $999 per replacement part, may apply.

Any repaired or replacement mattress will remain covered under the original 10-Year Warranty, calculated from the date of original delivery — not from the date of repair or replacement.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, Woosa may offer repair or refurbishment options to reduce waste. When applicable, a replacement mattress may be refurbished, provided it meets Woosa’s strict quality, safety, and hygiene standards. Please note that the refurbished mattress may not be delivered in original sealed packaging. Woosa reserves the right to offer a refurbished mattress as a warranty replacement when appropriate.


Limitations Of Liability

Woosa’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of the mattress. Woosa shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages including, but not limited to, inconvenience, loss of use, or additional costs.

This warranty excludes all other express and/or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent allowed by law.

  • The Adjustable Mechanics 5-Year Warranty – applies to adjustable structural components, including mechanical and electrical parts, steel and internal wooden structures, drive and massage motors, and adjustable mechanics-related hardware.
  • The Upholstery 1-Year Warranty – applies to the base upholstery, including upholstery materials (fabric, vegan leather, or leather), foam, headboard and sideframe structure, and upholstery-related hardware.

This warranty applies to adjustable structural components, including mechanical and electrical parts, steel and internal wooden structures, drive and massage motors, and adjustable mechanics-related hardware.

What’s Covered In The Adjustable Mechanics 5-Year Warranty

  • Visible indentations caused by manufacturing defects, excluding normal wear and tear, and present despite appropriate support, proper care, and regular use.
  • Any defects that affect the structural functionality of the adjustable mechanics under normal usage and proper handling, such as mechanism malfunction.
  • Manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship in the adjustable structural components, such hardware misalignment.

What’s Not Covered In The Adjustable Mechanics 5-Year Warranty

  • The wireless remote control
  • Normal wear and tear and cosmetic changes in materials, such as surface wear.
  • Unauthorized repair or replacement of any parts will be deemed damaged due to misuse.
  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, and/or exposure to harmful conditions, such as  jumping, burns, liquid damage, and rust.
  • Damage resulting from improper foundation, mattress, and/or bed frame.
  • Issues due to poor maintenance, improper care and handling, and/or poor storage, such as abrasive cleaning methods, damage during transit after initial delivery by Woosa and failing to operate the adjustable mechanics in accordance with the Owner’s Manual.
  • Exceeding the recommended weight limit and/or uneven weight distribution.
  • Imperfections that do not affect the performance or reasonable enjoyment.
  • Use by anyone other than the Customer.



The Upholstery 1-Year Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies to the base upholstery, including upholstery materials (fabric, vegan leather, or leather), foam, headboard and sideframe structure, and upholstery-related hardware.

What’s Covered In The Upholstery 1-Year Warranty

  • Visible indentations caused by manufacturing defects, excluding normal wear and tear, and present despite appropriate support, proper care, and regular use.
  • Any defects that affect the structural functionality of the upholstery under normal usage and proper handling, such as flaking and foam deformities.
  • Manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship in the upholstery, such as unravelled stitches and poor assembly.

What’s Not Covered In The Upholstery 1-Year Warranty

  • Normal wear and tear, such as fading, pilling, textural and sheen change, and surface wear.
  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, and/or exposure to harmful conditions, such as burns, cuts, snags, mold, mildew, and odors.
  • Damage resulting from improper foundation, mattress, and/or base.
  • Issues due to poor maintenance,  improper care and handling, and/or poor storage, such as abrasive cleaning methods, exposure to heat, humidity, and direct sunlight.
  • Imperfections that do not affect the performance or reasonable enjoyment.
  • Use by anyone other than the Customer.



Customer Responsibilities

To maintain the warranty validity, the Customer is responsible for the proper care and use of the adjustable base, and must retain the original receipt showing the delivery date as proof of purchase. This includes exercising reasonable care and good judgment when using and maintaining the adjustable base. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Use a firm, flat, and structurally sound foundation and the appropriate mattress.
  • Always use the adjustable base in its authorized configuration without modifications.
  • Keep the area around and beneath the adjustable base clear during operation.
  • Store and use the adjustable base in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated environment, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Avoid physical misuse, such as jumping on, dragging, and manually force or lift mechanical parts of the adjustable base.
  • Apply even weight distribution, not exceeding the maximum recommended weight of 300kg, including the mattress.
  • Avoid placing the adjustable base in damp areas and/or unventilated storage.
  • Always return the base to a flat, neutral position after use to protect the motor, frame, and mattress integrity.
  • Unplug the adjustable base before cleaning or when not in use for a prolonged period.
  • Clean the adjustable base regularly using a vacuum with a soft brush attachment to remove dust and debris.
  • Spot clean fabric or leather with mild soap and water.
  • Use the adjustable base only as intended and follow recommended care instructions.

However, if the inspection reveals that the adjustable base is ineligible for warranty coverage, the Customer will be responsible for all associated costs, including parts, transportation, shipping, labor, carry-up service, and handling costs incurred. A replacement charge, of up to $350 per replacement part, may apply.

Any repaired or replacement adjustable base will remain covered under the original 5-Year Warranty, calculated from the date of original delivery — not from the date of repair or replacement.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, Woosa may offer repair or refurbishment options to reduce waste. When applicable, a replacement adjustable base may be refurbished, provided it meets Woosa’s strict quality, safety, and hygiene standards.   • Visible indentations caused by manufacturing defects, excluding normal wear and tear, and present despite appropriate support, proper care, and regular use.
  • Any defects that affect the structural functionality of the upholstery under normal usage and proper handling, such as flaking in leather and foam deformities.
  • Manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship in the upholstery, such as unravelled stitches and poor assembly.

What’s Not Covered In The Upholstery 1-Year Warranty

  • Normal wear and tear, such as fading, pilling, textural and sheen change, and surface wear.
  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, and/or exposure to harmful conditions, such as burns, cuts, snags, mold, mildew, and odors.

  • Avoid placing the storage in damp areas and/or unventilated storage.
  • Clean the storage base regularly using a vacuum with a soft brush attachment to remove dust and debris.
  • Spot clean fabric or leather with mild soap and water.
  • Use the storage base only as intended and follow recommended care instructions.

While Woosa covers all standard transportation and handling fees for repairs and replacements, a nominal carry-up service fee of $10 per level per item will apply if the storage base requires additional handling.

However, if the inspection reveals that the storage base is ineligible for warranty coverage, the Customer will be responsible for all associated costs, including parts, transportation, shipping, labor, carry-up service, and handling costs incurred. A replacement charge, of up to $300 per replacement part, may apply.

Any repaired or replacement storage base will remain covered under the original 5-Year Warranty, calculated from the date of original delivery — not from the date of repair or replacement.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, Woosa may offer repair or refurbishment options to reduce waste. When applicable, a replacement storage base may be refurbished, provided it meets Woosa’s strict quality, safety, and hygiene standards. Please note that the refurbished storage base may not be delivered in original sealed packaging. Woosa reserves the right to offer a refurbished storage base as a warranty replacement when appropriate.


Limitations Of Liability

Warranty Terms

This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser (“Customer”) and takes effect from the date of delivery. The Customer refers to the first individual who purchased the storage adjustable base from Woosa or an authorized Woosa retailer. It is non-transferable, valid only for storage adjustable base shipped and delivered within Singapore, and is not applicable for commercial use or any purposes beyond its intended household use. A valid warranty claim must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase, indicating customer details, delivery date, and authorized seller. 

If the storage adjustable base is resold, gifted, and/or otherwise transferred, the new owner accepts the storage adjustable base “as is” and “with all faults,” and will not be entitled to any warranty coverage.


The Adjustable Mechanics 5-Year Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies to adjustable structural components, including mechanical and electrical parts, steel and internal wooden structures, drive and massage motors, and adjustable mechanics-related hardware.

What’s Covered In The Adjustable Mechanics 5-Year Warranty

  • Visible indentations caused by manufacturing defects, excluding normal wear and tear, and present despite appropriate support, proper care, and regular use.
  • Any defects that affect the structural functionality of the adjustable mechanics under normal usage and proper handling, such as mechanism malfunction.
  • Manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship in the adjustable structural components, such hardware misalignment.

What’s Not Covered In The Adjustable Mechanics 5-Year Warranty

  • The wireless remote control
  • Normal wear and tear and cosmetic changes in materials, such as surface wear.
  • Unauthorized repair or replacement of any parts will be deemed damaged due to misuse.
  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, and/or exposure to harmful conditions, such as  jumping, burns, liquid damage, and rust.
  • Damage resulting from improper foundation, mattress, and/or bed frame.
  • Issues due to poor maintenance, improper care and handling, and/or poor storage, such as abrasive cleaning methods, damage during transit after initial delivery by Woosa and failing to operate the adjustable mechanics in accordance with the Owner’s Manual.
  • Exceeding the recommended weight limit and/or uneven weight distribution.
  • Imperfections that do not affect the performance or reasonable enjoyment.
  • Use by anyone other than the Customer.



The Storage Mechanics 2-Year Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies to the storage structural components, including hydraulic systems, steel and internal wooden structures, bed slats, and storage mechanics-related hardware. 

What’s Covered In The Storage Mechanics 2-Year Warranty

  • Visible indentations caused by manufacturing defects, excluding normal wear and tear, and present despite appropriate support, proper care, and regular use.
  • Any defects that affect the structural functionality of the storage mechanics under normal usage and proper handling, such as mechanism malfunction.
  • Manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship in the storage structural components, such hardware misalignment.

What’s Not Covered In The Storage Mechanics 2-Year Warranty

  • Normal wear and tear and cosmetic changes in materials, such as surface wear.
  • Unauthorized repair or replacement of any parts will be deemed damaged due to misuse.
  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, and/or exposure to harmful conditions, such as  jumping, burns, liquid damage, and rust.
  • Damage resulting from improper foundation, mattress, and/or bed frame.
  • Issues due to poor maintenance,  improper care and handling, and/or poor storage, such as abrasive cleaning methods, damage during transit after initial delivery by Woosa, exposure to heat, humidity, and direct sunlight.
  • Exceeding the recommended weight limit and/or uneven weight distribution.
  • Imperfections that do not affect the performance or reasonable enjoyment.
  • Use by anyone other than the Customer.



The Upholstery 1-Year Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies to the base upholstery, including upholstery materials (fabric, vegan leather, or leather), foam, headboard and sideframe structure, and upholstery-related hardware.

What’s Covered In The Upholstery 1-Year Warranty

  • Visible indentations caused by manufacturing defects, excluding normal wear and tear, and present despite appropriate support, proper care, and regular use.
  • Any defects that affect the structural functionality of the upholstery under normal usage and proper handling, such as flaking and foam deformities.
  • Manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship in the upholstery, such as unravelled stitches and poor assembly.

What’s Not Covered In The Upholstery 1-Year Warranty

  • Normal wear and tear, such as fading, pilling, textural and sheen change, and surface wear.
  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, and/or exposure to harmful conditions, such as burns, cuts, snags, mold, mildew, and odors.
  • Damage resulting from improper foundation, mattress, and/or base.
  • Issues due to poor maintenance,  improper care and handling, and/or poor storage, such as abrasive cleaning methods, exposure to heat, humidity, and direct sunlight.
  • Imperfections that do not affect the performance or reasonable enjoyment.
  • Use by anyone other than the Customer.



Customer Responsibilities

To maintain the warranty validity, the Customer is responsible for the proper care and use of the storage adjustable base, and must retain the original receipt showing the delivery date as proof of purchase. This includes exercising reasonable care and good judgment when using and maintaining the storage adjustable base. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Proper Use And Care Tips

  • Use a firm, flat, and structurally sound foundation and the appropriate mattress.
  • Always use the storage adjustable base in its authorized configuration without modifications.
  • Keep the area around and beneath the storage adjustable base clear during operation.
  • Store and use the storage adjustable base in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated environment, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Avoid physical misuse, such as jumping on, dragging, and manually force or lift mechanical parts of the storage adjustable base.
  • Apply even weight distribution, not exceeding the maximum recommended weight of 300kg, including the mattress.
  • Avoid placing the storage adjustable base in damp areas and/or unventilated storage.
  • Always return the storage adjustable base to a flat, neutral position after use to protect the motor, frame, and mattress integrity.
  • Unplug the storage adjustable base before cleaning or when not in use for a prolonged period.
  • Clean the storage adjustable base regularly using a vacuum with a soft brush attachment to remove dust and debris.
  • Spot clean fabric or leather with mild soap and water.
  • Use the storage adjustable base only as intended and follow recommended care instructions.



Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, please contact support@woosa.sg within 7 days of discovering the defect.

The Storage Adjustable Base Warranty Claim Process

  • The original proof of purchase with delivery date.
  • Clear photos of the issue and how the storage adjustable base is being used, including foundation, mattress, and/or bed frame used. 
  • A written description of the problem.
  • Details of the foundation, mattress, headboard and sideframes, and/or bed frame that the storage adjustable base is used with.

Woosa reserves the right to request any documentation, measurements, photographic evidence of the foundation, and inspection before confirming coverage.

All claims are reviewed and approved at Woosa’s discretion. If approved, claims will be resolved by repair or replacement, as outlined below.


Repair And Replacement Terms

If a defect is confirmed under the terms of this warranty, Woosa will, at its sole discretion, either repair or replace the defective storage adjustable base or component(s) at no cost for parts, transportation, shipping, labor, and handling costs.

While Woosa covers all standard transportation and handling fees for repairs and replacements, a nominal carry-up service fee of $10 per level per item will apply if the storage adjustable base requires additional handling.

However, if the inspection reveals that the storage adjustable base is ineligible for warranty coverage, the Customer will be responsible for all associated costs, including parts, transportation, shipping, labor, carry-up service, and handling costs incurred. A replacement charge, of up to $350 per replacement part, may apply.

Any repaired or replacement storage adjustable base will remain covered under the original 5-Year Warranty, calculated from the date of original delivery — not from the date of repair or replacement.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, Woosa may offer repair or refurbishment options to reduce waste. When applicable, a replacement storage adjustable base may be refurbished, provided it meets Woosa’s strict quality, safety, and hygiene standards. Please note that the refurbished storage adjustable base may not be delivered in original sealed packaging. Woosa reserves the right to offer a refurbished storage adjustable base as a warranty replacement when appropriate.


Limitations Of Liability

Woosa’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of the storage adjustable base. Woosa shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, and/or indirect damages including, but not limited to, inconvenience, loss of use, or additional costs.

This warranty excludes all other express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent allowed by law.

The Woosa Boxspring Base is engineered for reliable structural support for your mattress, night after night. For your peace of mind, Woosa Sleep Pte Ltd (“Woosa”) offers a 1-Year Warranty for the Woosa Boxspring Base (“Boxspring Base”), effective from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

The Customer refers to the first individual who purchased the boxspring base from Woosa or an authorized Woosa retailer. It is non-transferable, valid only for boxspring base shipped and delivered within Singapore, and is not applicable for commercial use or any purposes beyond its intended household use. A valid warranty claim must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase, indicating customer details, delivery date, and authorized seller. 

If the boxspring base is resold, gifted, and/or otherwise transferred, the new owner accepts the boxspring base “as is” and “with all faults,” and will not be entitled to any warranty coverage.


The Boxspring Base 1-Year Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies to boxspring structural components and the base upholstery, including the Semi-Flex® steel grid, steel and internal wooden structures, upholstery materials (fabric, vegan leather, or leather), foam, headboard and sideframe structure, and essential hardware.

What’s Covered In The Boxspring Mechanics 1-Year Warranty

  • Visible indentations caused by manufacturing defects, excluding normal wear and tear, and present despite appropriate support, proper care, and regular use.
  • Any defects that affect the structural functionality of the boxspring base under normal usage and proper handling, such as flaking and material deformities.
  • Manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship in the boxspring base, such hardware misalignment and poor assembly.

What’s Not Covered In The Boxspring Mechanics 1-Year Warranty

  • Normal wear and tear and cosmetic changes in materials, such as fading, pilling, textural and sheen change, and surface wear.
  • Unauthorized repair or replacement of any parts will be deemed damaged due to misuse.
  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, and/or exposure to harmful conditions, such as  jumping, burns, liquid damage, and rust.

  • Spot clean fabric or leather with mild soap and water.
  • Use the boxspring base only as intended and follow recommended care instructions.

The Woosa Bed Accessory is rigorously tested to deliver ultimate comfort and performance beyond the warranty period. For your peace of mind, and effective from the date of delivery, Woosa Sleep Pte Ltd (“Woosa”) provides a 1-Year Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for the Woosa Bed Accessory (“Bed Accessory”).

The Woosa Bed Accessory Includes

The Woosa Regular Pillow, the Woosa Contour Pillow, the Woosa Low Pillow, the Woosa Long Pillow, the Woosa Lumbar Pillow, the Woosa Regular Bolster, the Woosa Plush Bolster, and the Woosa Silk Duvet.

  • Manufacturing defects and faulty workmanship in the bed accessory, such as unravelled stitches and poor zipper assembly.

What’s Not Covered In The Bed Accessory 1-Year Warranty

  • Normal wear and tear and cosmetic changes in materials, such as the natural moulding of material, softening of materials, fading, pilling, and surface wear.
  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, external factors, and/or exposure to harmful conditions, such as burns, cuts, snags, liquid spillage, mold, mildew, and odors.
  • Issues due to poor maintenance, improper care and handling, and/or poor storage, such as not unpacking the compressed bed accessory in time, using harsh chemicals, exposure to heat, humidity, and direct sunlight.
  • Comfort preferences and medical claims, such as changes in firmness needs, allergies, and body pain.
  • Imperfections that do not affect the performance or reasonable enjoyment.
  • Use by anyone other than the Customer.



Customer Responsibilities

To maintain the warranty validity, the Customer is responsible for the proper care and use of the bed accessory, and must retain the original receipt showing the delivery date as proof of purchase. This includes exercising reasonable care and good judgment when using and maintaining the bed accessory. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Proper Use And Care Tips

  • Unbox and set up any compressed bed accessory within 14 days of delivery.
  • Store and use the bed accessory in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated environment, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Avoid physical misuse, such as sitting on pillows, hitting bolsters, or wringing duvets.
  • Avoid spills and stains.
  • Avoid placing the bed accessory in damp areas or unventilated storage.
  • Follow specific care instructions provided for each bed accessory.



Claim Process

At Woosa’s discretion, the Customer may be required to return the item to the Woosa showroom to complete the inspection or warranty process.

However, if the inspection reveals that the bed accessory is ineligible for warranty coverage, the Customer will be responsible for all associated costs incurred. A replacement charge, of up to $80 per replacement part, may apply.

Any repaired or replacement bed accessory will remain covered under the original 1-Year Warranty, calculated from the date of original delivery — not from the date of repair or replacement.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, Woosa may offer unused, returned or open-box replacement bed accessory to reduce waste. The replacement bed accessory may not be in the original sealed packaging, provided it meets Woosa’s strict quality, safety, and hygiene standards. Woosa reserves the right to offer open-box bed accessory as a warranty replacement when appropriate.


Limitations Of Liability

Woosa’s liability is limited to repair or replacement of the bed accessory. Woosa shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, and/or indirect damages including, but not limited to, inconvenience, loss of use, or additional costs.

This warranty excludes all other express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent allowed by law.

  • Normal wear and tear and cosmetic changes in materials, such as the natural softening of materials, fading, pilling, wrinkling, and surface wear.
  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, external factors, and/or exposure to harmful conditions, such as burns, cuts, snags, liquid spillage, mold, mildew, and/or odors.
  • Issues due to poor maintenance,  improper care and handling, and/or poor storage, such as using harsh chemicals, exposure to heat, humidity, and/or direct sunlight.
  • Imperfections that do not affect the performance or reasonable enjoyment.
  • Use by anyone other than the Customer.

  • Avoid placing the bedding textile in damp areas and/or unventilated storage.
  • Perform regular maintenance as recommended in the care instructions.
  • Follow specific care instructions provided to maintain bedding textile quality

Replacement Terms

At Woosa’s discretion, the Customer may be required to return the item to the Woosa showroom to complete the inspection or warranty process.

However, if the inspection reveals that the bedding textile is ineligible for warranty coverage, the Customer will be responsible for all associated costs incurred. 

Any replacement bedding textile will remain covered under the original 1-Year Warranty, calculated from the date of original delivery — not from the date of replacement.

As part of our commitment to sustainability, Woosa may offer unused, returned or open-box replacement bedding textile to reduce waste. The replacement bedding textile may not be in the original sealed packaging, provided it meets Woosa’s strict quality, safety, and hygiene standards. Woosa reserves the right to offer open-box bedding textile as a warranty replacement when appropriate.


Limitations Of Liability

Woosa’s liability is limited to replacement of the bedding textile. Woosa shall not be liable for incidental, consequential, and/or indirect damages including, but not limited to, inconvenience, loss of use, or additional costs.

This warranty excludes all other express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent allowed by law.

THIS WARRANTY REPRESENTS THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CUSTOMER AND WOOSA AND SUPERSEDES ANY PRIOR OR CONTEMPORANEOUS UNDERSTANDINGS OR AGREEMENTS. WOOSA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY OR AMEND THIS WARRANTY AT ANY TIME. ANY CHANGES WILL BE POSTED ON THE OFFICIAL WOOSA WEBSITE.
