Our bed bases typically have a lead time of 8-10 weeks from the order date.

Delivery dates for “pre-order” or “out of stock” items are subjected to the item’s earliest restocking date.

Shipping is 100% Free for all Woosa products within Singapore, for all lift accessible locations.

For deliveries to locations without lift access, a carry-up service applies, up to a maximum of 5 storeys or flights of stairs, and chargeable as follows:

$10 per storey

$20 per storey

• Storage Base

We deliver from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays and Sundays, during the following delivery timeslot:

• 10:00AM - 12:00PM
• 12:00PM - 3:00PM
• 3:00PM - 6:00PM

Yes! Please select your preferred or estimated delivery date and time for your items to be delivered, subject to the item’s earliest stock availability.

Yes! We provide disposal service for your old items when you get a new Woosa Mattress and/or Base and chargeable as follows:

$50 per item:

• Mattress
• Adjustable Base
• Boxspring Base
• Headboard and Sideframes

$100 per item:

• Storage Base
• Storage Adjustable Base

This service is only available for like-for-like items, such as disposing of your old base with a new Woosa Base.

Your mattress and bed base orders come with a complimentary 2-month storage, starting from the date your item is in stock.
