We do not recommend using spring mattresses with The Adjustable Base, as this may reduce the lifespan of both the mattress and the base, potentially voiding the base's warranty. For the best experience, consider buying a mattress from Woosa's range here.

Shipping

All Woosa Bases are shipped free to your doorstep, with installation included. For deliveries to locations without lift access, a carry-up service applies at $10 per level, per item, up to a maximum of 3 storeys or flights of stairs. For deliveries beyond 3 storeys or flights of stairs, kindly contact us for a separate quotation.

Cancellations and Returns

The Woosa Bases, excluding customised/bespoke bases, are covered under the Woosa Sleep Trial.

Free cancellation is available within 7 days of order confirmation. Thereafter, a $300 cancellation fee applies.
