The Woosa Storage Adjustable Base is designed primarily for use with Woosa Mattresses, but may also be compatible with other high-quality full foam mattresses. We do not recommend using spring mattresses with adjustable settings, as this may reduce the lifespan of both the mattress and the base, potentially voiding the base's warranty. For the best experience, consider buying a mattress from Woosa's range here.

Are there any safety mechanisms in place to prevent accidental lowering of the hydraulic storage bed?

The Woosa Storage Adjustable Bed Base incorporates an efficient safety mechanism within its design, employing four advanced Denmark SUSPA hydraulics that provides a safe and secure lifting process. It rises automatically with a gentle pull on the latch, ensuring controlled movement. To lower the base, it requires deliberate action and smoothly closes without sudden drops, minimising the risk of accidental lowering and potential injuries. We've also reinforced the frame with powder-coated steel and subjected it to rigorous testing to ensure maximum stability and safety.

Shipping

All Woosa Bases are shipped free to your doorstep, with installation included. For deliveries to locations without lift access, a carry-up service applies at $10 per level, per item, up to a maximum of 3 storeys or flights of stairs. For deliveries beyond 3 storeys or flights of stairs, kindly contact us for a separate quotation.

Cancellations and Returns

The Woosa Bases, excluding bespoke bases, are covered under the Woosa Sleep Trial.

Free cancellation is available within 7 days of order confirmation. Thereafter, a $300 cancellation fee applies.

A $300 restocking fee applies to the return of one base per order, per address, within the first 30 days of receiving the item. Read full details here.
