The Woosa Mattress is engineered with quality materials to ensure superior durability night after night. In the unlikely case that your Woosa mattress Is met with any defect, we will replace or repair it without any charge to you. Your new Woosa mattress is covered by a 10 Year Limited Warranty, dating from the time you purchased your new mattress from Woosa Sleep Pte Ltd (“Woosa”). The details of this warranty, and some limitations, are provided in the complete Warranty Description below.

Warranty Description

This warranty is valid for the original purchaser only, effective from the date of delivery of the mattress purchased from Woosa, and is non-transferable. If the original purchaser sells or otherwise relinquishes ownership of the mattress to another, the subsequent owner accepts the product “as is” and “with all faults.” Original proof of purchase (including date) will be required to make a warranty claim. Please retain a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase.

The Woosa mattress is intended to work on a firm, flat, solid-surface foundation structurally strong enough to support the weight of the mattress and its users. Other placement (whether long or short term) of the mattress, including but not limited to foundations of other description, improper storage orientation, or use of a non-sufficient frame beneath the foundation, voids this warranty.

Woosa may require the purchaser to provide proof of the quality of the foundation, adjustable bed base, or bed frame used in conjunction with the mattress if purchaser makes a claim under this Limited Warranty. Woosa reserves the right to invalidate this Limited Warranty if the foundation is determined, in Woosa’s discretion, to be inadequate or if the mattress is found to be in an unsanitary condition.

What does the Limited Warranty Cover?

Deterioration causing the mattress to have a visible indentation greater than one (1) inch (2.54cm) that is not associated with an indentation or sag which results from use of an improper or unsupportive foundation or adjustable bed base. Normal wear requires that a purchaser’s mattress be continuously supported by a matching foundation or adjustable bed base with a proper bed frame sufficient to support the collective weight of the mattress and foundation. A proper bed frame must provide sturdy support for both the mattress and foundation. For slatted style bed frames, it is incumbent upon purchaser to ensure that the frame utilized offers ample structural support for the mattress and foundation in view of that particular slatted style frame. Failure to have a proper bed frame may invalidate the limited warranty. The use of a bed frame is important for the life and protection of your sleep system.

Any physical flaw in the Mattress that causes the foam material to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling. Any manufacturing defect in the zipper assembly of the mattress cover.

What does this Limited Warranty NOT Cover?

A normal increase in softness of the latex foam that does not affect the pressure-reliving qualities of the mattress.

- Comfort preference.

- Physical abuse or damage to the structure and/or cover material, including but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains resulting from use of the products.

- Damage associated with an improper bed frame, foundation, or adjustable base.

- Damage associated with improper storage or transportation after initial delivery provided by Woosa.

- Product sold by resellers who are not authorized retailers. Product sold “as-is”, “preconditioned”, “reconditioned”, “used”, “comfort return”, “returned”, “previously owned”, or any other similar wording indicating that the product is not “new” or of “first quality”, or has previously been purchased or used by another consumer.

- Product used by someone other than the initial, first purchaser of it.

Last Words

Except as otherwise provided herein, Woosa will not charge the purchaser to repair or replace the mattress if it is deemed defective during the length of this 10 year Limited Warranty, but any transportation costs associated with repairs or replacements are the purchaser’s responsibility. Woosa will, at its sole discretion, determine whether a repair or replacement of a defective mattress is appropriate. In the event a warranty claim is filed and a warranty replacement is deemed necessary, the purchaser will be required to surrender the original product to Woosa at the time of replacement.

Repaired or replaced Mattresses are subject to the same limited Mattress Warranty as the original Mattress. The warranty for any repaired or replaced mattress will run from the date of original purchase and not from the date of the replacement.

Replacement mattresses may not come in its original vacuum packaging. Woosa reserves its right to offer refurbished mattresses as warranty replacement mattress.

WOOSA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY; THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE REPLACEMENT OR CREDIT TOWARDS REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH HEREIN. What does the Limited Warranty Cover?

Any physical flaws due to faulty workmanship or materials, which causes the materials or stitches to split rip or otherwise fail despite proper handling as listed out in the care instructions provided.

What does this Limited Warranty NOT Cover?

Normal wear and tear (including piling) of the Woosa Silk Duvet and it’s inner silk filling.

- Comfort preference.

- Damage caused by physical abuse or aggressive handling including but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains on the Duvet or the inner silk material.

Damage caused by improper washing of the Duvet.

- Damage associated with commercial usage or use beyond its intended household purpose.

- Product sold by resellers who are not authorized retailers. Product sold “as-is”, “preconditioned”, “reconditioned”, “used”, “comfort return”, “returned”, “previously owned”, or any other similar wording indicating that the product is not “new” or of “first quality”, or has previously been purchased or used by another consumer.

In the unlikely event that your Storage Bed is met with any defects, we will replace or repair it without any charge to you. Your new Storage Bed is covered by a 2 Year Limited Warranty, dating from the time you purchased your new Storage Bed from Woosa Sleep Pte Ltd. Your warranty is automatically registered to the purchaser, and will commence upon the delivery of your product.

Warranty Description

All Woosa warranties, including any implied warranties, are valid only for the period of time the Storage Bed is owned by the original purchaser of the Woosa Storage Bed. The “original purchaser,” for the purposes of this Storage Bed Warranty, is the first purchaser of the Storage Bed from Woosa Sleep or a Woosa authorized retailer. Please retain a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase. All Woosa limited warranties are not transferable.

What does the Limited Warranty Cover?

Full coverage on the Frame structure, including the integrity of the wood slates, wooden internal structure and steel structure.

Soft upholstery and structure of the Storage Bed, including the foam fillings, fabric, leather and other material covers, stitching on the headboard and the side boards. Coverage for the Storage Bed leather material includes flaking and peeling not caused by wear and tear.

Hydraulic systems, including the hydraulic pistons, brackets and fastening hardware.

What does this Limited Warranty NOT Cover?

This limited warranty does not cover or apply:

Damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents: including (but not limited to) burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations, outdoor exposure or damage from pets.

- Damage resulting from exceeding the recommended weight rating, damage resulting from uneven distribution of load on the Storage Bed or damage resulting from unauthorised repair.

- The natural degradation of hydrophobic/stain resistant coatings on fabric materials.

Last Words

Except as otherwise provided herein, Woosa will not charge the purchaser to repair or replace the Storage Base if it is deemed defective during the length of this 2 year Limited Warranty. Woosa will, at its sole discretion, determine whether a repair or replacement of a defective Storage bed is appropriate. In the event a warranty claim is filed and a warranty replacement is deemed necessary, the purchaser will be required to surrender the original product to Woosa at the time of replacement.

Repaired or replaced Storage Beds are subject to the same limited Warranty as the original Storage Bed. The warranty for any repaired or replaced mattress will run from the receiving date of original purchase and not from the date of the replacement.

5 Year Limited Warranty

Your new Woosa Adjustable Bed is covered by a 5 Year Limited Warranty, dating from the time you purchased your new Adjustable Bed from Woosa Sleep Pte Ltd. Warranty Description

All Woosa warranties, including any implied warranties, are valid only for the period of time the adjustable is owned by the original purchaser of the Woosa Adjustable Bed. The “original purchaser,” for the purposes of this Adjustable Bed Warranty, is the first purchaser of the adjustable base from Woosa Sleep or a Woosa authorized retailer. Please retain a copy of your receipt as proof of purchase. All Woosa limited warranties are not transferable.

What does the Limited Warranty Cover?

Year 1: Full coverage parts and labor warranty. This adjustable bed is warranted against defects in the workmanship or materials for a period of up to one (1) year from the date of purchase for adjustable bases bought new. Woosa Sleep will send replacement parts (at no cost to the purchaser) for any defective adjustable base part to the purchaser, and Woosa Sleep will pay all pre-authorized labor and transportation costs associated with the repair or replacement of any parts which Woosa Sleep determines to be defective.

Years 2-5: Limited Warranty. If the defect occurs in the second through fifth year following purchase for adjustable bases bought new, the purchaser shall pay 20% in the 2nd year, 40% in the 3rd year, 60% in the 4th year and 80% in the 5th year of the then current replacement cost of the defective part, inclusive of labour and transportation charges. This extends to all mechanical, electrical components, drive motors and massage motors.

What does this Limited Warranty NOT Cover?

This limited warranty does not cover or apply:

To the wireless remote.

To any damage caused to the adjustable base by the purchaser. If there has been any unauthorized repair or replacement of the adjustable bed or parts. If the adjustable base has been mishandled whether in transit or by other means, subjected to physical or electrical abuse or misuse, or otherwise operated in any way inconsistent with the operation and maintenance procedures outlined in the Owner’s Manual, this limited warranty, and any other applicable document published or approved by Woosa Sleep. If the recommended weight restrictions (250kg) and guidelines for proper distribution of weight as stated in the Owner’s Manual are not followed. For adjustable beds used in commercial type settings. for adjustable beds that have been resold on the secondary market The decision to repair or to replace defective parts under this warranty shall be made, or cause to be made, by Woosa Sleep at its option and in its sole discretion.

Except as otherwise provided herein, Woosa will not charge the purchaser to repair or replace the mattress if it is deemed defective during the length of this 5 year Limited Warranty, but any transportation costs associated with repairs or replacements are the purchaser’s responsibility.
